Ingredients: 100% fine ground almonds
For our almond butter we have selected high-quality almond varieties that are grown in fertile regions of Bulgaria. The nuts are gently roasted at low temperature (as much as to "unlock" the unique aroma) and eventually stone-ground into a smooth paste. The process aims to preserve as much as possible the naturally contained vitamins and minerals in the nuts as well as the fatty acid composition.
It features a rich taste and aroma of a lightly roasted almond. Almonds are an exclusive source of vitamins B1, B2 and B9 as well as calcium, zinc, iron and other minerals. Rich in fiber and protein, making it a preferred food from the active sportsmen.
Tips: mix it with honey, dates paste or agave to prepare a homemade spread. As an ingredient to raw cakes, bakery, fruits and fruit salads, cereal snacks, etc.
Storage: in a dry and cool place without direct sunlight. After opening, it is advisable to consume within 30 days and store in tightly closed containers without access to air.
