Ingredients: 100% stone-ground cashew nuts
For our cashew butter we have selected high quality nuts, which are gently roasted at low temperature to "unlock" its unique aroma and eventually stone-ground into a smooth paste. The process aims to preserve as much as possible the naturally contained vitamins and minerals as well as the fatty acid composition.
It features a creamy, fine texture, complete by a unique aroma out of the freshly opened jar. We use solely high-quality cashew nuts to ensure no bitterness but only sweet aftertaste on your tongue. Cashew is a superb source of a range of vitamins (including vitamins E, K and B6) and minerals (such as copper, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium). It also contains arginine - an amino acid that is thought to play an important role in cell division and blood circulation.
Tips: mix it with honey, dates paste or agave to prepare a homemade spread. As an ingredient to raw cakes, bakery, fruits and fruit salads, cereal snacks, etc.
